1. In order to vote on any issue within the DTV area you must be: ...... i) A member of the MVT (current card issue) ...... ii) A member of the DTV Area 2. There is to be NO Proxi Voting 3. Potential new members must be proposed and seconded to the DTV Area committee before local membership can be given. 4. The DTV Area committee reserve the right to refuse any person or persons admission to the MVT Area. |
